Tell us about studying agribusiness in the USA

I have had the chance to have great and smart teachers showing great interest in their domain. Courses are easy to understand, for the faculties are always open and flexible to answer questions. Agribusiness is more about managing agriculture and what is needed to improve today’s food chain and marketing. The classes that are offered give an idea on how the food system has got to now and what was done wrong, what needs to be done.

All classes that I did for were really amazing and I enjoyed each one of them. Teachers were always there for me to explain when I don't understand something.

I study business but also study a range of non-major courses. The workload for me is manageble as I have only 5 courses at the time.

Since I have only been attending for a semester, I am taking all general education classes. The professors are all very helpful and try their best to spend time to make sure the students are succeeding in their courses. There are quite a few resources available to help me if needed, such as, the writing and math center. One of the main reasons I chose Black Hills State was because the tuition, when compared with other schools, is affordable and one of the cheapest in the country.
