Why study in Livingston?

Livingston is a small city in Alabama, US, and is the county seat of Sumter County. It is home to the University of West Alabama, which sits on a 600 acre campus. Lake LU is also located in the University campus, and offers picnic spots, fishing, boating and pavilions available to rent. The city has a number of historic sites, including Lakewood mansion and the Sumter County Courthouse.

The city offers students a close, quiet community to live and learn in, but for those that want the excitement of big cities, New Orleans, Atlanta and Nashville are all within easy reach. Livingston is also not far from the Gulf Coast beaches for those that fancy a weekend by the sea.
