    Undergraduate academic requirements

    All applicants to the Leeds International Study Centre must be able to prove successful completion of a high school education.

    • International Foundation Year: Good high school graduation grades. Students are usually 17 years of age
    • International Year One: Good high school graduation grades or equivalent, PLUS successfully completed one year of post-secondary study. Minimum 18 at start of program.

    • Academic IELTS for UKVI: 5.0 (minimum 5.0 in writing)

    International Year One

    • Academic IELTS for UKVI: 5.5 (minimum 5.5 in writing, with no skill lower 5.0)

    Fees and funding

    Fee information

    • International Foundation Year: £20,700 per year
    • International Year One: from £20,700 to £24,000 per year

    International Foundation Year (IFY) Scholarship

    • Amount: Fee reduction of 10 to 15%
    • Requirements: Self-funding international fee-paying applicants who have been offered a place on the International Foundation Year.
