Fee information

  • International Foundation Year: £20,700 per year
  • International Year One: from £20,700 to £24,000 per year

Funding

IFY Excellence Scholarship

£5,000 deducted from the International Foundation Year tuition fee. Eligible for overseas fee-paying applicants who have been offered a place on the International Foundation Year. There are three awards available. Applicants must be self-funding and not in receipt of other fee scholarships.

Regional Scholarship

£3,000 deducted from the International Foundation Year tuition fee. Available for overseas fee-paying applicants who have been offered a place on the International Foundation Year from selected countries of the following regions:

  • Africa: Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa
  • Middle East: Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon and Bahrain
  • South East Asia: Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Cambodia and Singapore
  • East Asia: Japan, Taiwan and South Korea

Applicants must be new to the University of Leeds, self-funding and not in receipt of other fee scholarships. Applicants must be a national of, and domiciled in, the previously stated countries.

Faculty of Biological Sciences Dean's Excellence Scholarship

University of Leeds students can be considered for this award of £5,000 which is automatically awarded to high achieving applicants. Terms and conditions apply.
