"This Master of Architecture, RIBA part II, ranks among the top 20 in the UK. You'll take part in live projects with genuine client briefs, in well equipped studios and workshops, and choose from three specialisms in your second year to develop an individually distinctive portfolio.


UWE Bristol has an excellent reputation for its architecture courses, and the calibre of its graduates. We have been ranked sixth nationally for student satisfaction for our Architecture courses in The Guardian University League Tables 2020.


If you have Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) or Architects Registration Board (ARB) Part I accreditation, this course is an excellent opportunity to achieve your Master of Architecture, plus RIBA and ARB Part II accreditation. Part III accreditation is also achievable here.  


In order to register as an Architect in the UK, you'll need to have completed Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3 qualifications as identified on the ARB list of accredited qualifications. "

Fees and funding

Funding

EU Scholarship

  • UWE Bristol is offering this scholarship to show their support and commitment to EU students who choose UWE Bristol as the place to study.
  • Amount: The scholarship is up to a maximum of £4000 per annum (with the exception of the placement year).
  • To be eligible for the award, you must be ordinarily resident in one of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Chancellor's Scholarship

  • Recipients of this graduate scholarship will be required to undertake an internship working within the International Office or other departments. It will also be required to undertake ambassadorial activity for the University throughout the duration of the course.
  • Amount: 50% of tuition fees for one academic year only
  • Requirements: To hold an unconditional offer or a conditional offer where IELTS or equivalent English language and be a new student to UWE Bristol with no previous UK study

International Sports Scholarship

  • If you are a high-performing athlete, UWE Bristol offers exceptional opportunities to pursue your sporting ambitions with the International Sports Scholarships. The scholarship offers a 30% tuition fee discount plus a comprehensive performance sports support package.
  • Recipients of this scholarship will be required to undertake ambassadorial activity for the University throughout the duration of their course.
  • Following graduation, recipients will also be expected to be active members of the UWE Bristol Alumni Network by helping the University to promote its programs to prospective students.

Fee information

  • Undergraduate tuition: from £15,250 to £15,850 per year
  • Postgraduate tuition: from £15,850 to £18,000 per year
  • MBA tuition: £18,000 per year
