      Elgin, Illinois. No transportation at all in the county. Many shops are in the town but there is a train to Chicago in Elgin.

      The Elgin area around ECC never made me feel unsafe or unwelcomed. There are not many places walking distance from it but everything is easily accessible via a car or the bus.
