What LeTourneau University says about their program:
"Learn to communicate your love of sports on a professional level. If you know your passion is sports and you want to share it with the world, then a Sports Communication degree from LeTourneau University is the right fit for you.
Whether you're an active athlete or an enthusiastic fan, you can turn your hobby into a rewarding career. By the time you graduate, you will have an understanding of the history, economics, psychology, and cultural significance of sports that will boost your ability to communicate.
You will gain proficiency in both written and verbal communication while also growing your knowledge of both kinesiology and marketing. However, the best way to prepare for a career is through hands-on experience, so each Sports Communication student will have the opportunity to complete two field-related internships.
