"For entry to a postgraduate degree at university. Your course length is determined mainly by your English language level (UKVI IELTS score or accepted equivalent).

All students take a set of common or similar modules to gain key skills for university. If your course is longer than 2 terms, you’ll take extra modules focusing on one or more of English language, academic skills and basic subject knowledge."

Admissions requirements

Postgraduate academic requirements

A UK first or second-class honours degree in a relevant subject area; or
An equivalent international qualification (find out whether your qualification meets our requirements by visiting our International Student page); or
Relevant work experience in combination with a degree below second-class honours.

If you do not meet our formal entry requirements, but still feel you can demonstrate the ability to complete the course successfully, you may still be accepted onto a course. Each application will be considered on its merits.

English proficiency waivers

National of or have obtained a higher education level qualification from a country on the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) list of majority English-speaking countries
If you have previously obtained a higher education level qualification from a UK university and have been taught and assessed in English
If you have been continuously employed in the UK for a minimum of five years immediately prior to the start of the course, providing you are able to supply a reference from your current employer which explicitly confirms you are able to communicate effectively in English.

Funding

Cranfield Scholarships We have a limited number of scholarships available for the next intake of full-time master's students. Funding opportunities are available to recognize academic success and enable you to enrol at Cranfield University to continue your studies as a postgraduate learner.

Amount: Scholarships cover part of the tuition fee and the amount you can be awarded is at the discretion of the course director for the program you have applied for.
Requirements: In order to be considered, you need to show both aptitude and ability for the subject you have applied for. Scholarships are available for full-time master's courses.
