An MBA degree is intended to enable as many students as possible to expand their business management expertise - even if they have not previously completed a business studies degree. For this reason, business studies contents are covered holistically within the MBA course


    With this focus, the MBA degree is primarily aimed at people who already have relevant professional experience. With a Master of Business Administration, they can qualify themselves for high management positions. The CBS MBA study programmes therefore place special emphasis on practical relevance in order for students to be able to come into direct contact with regional or international companies.     English proficiency waiver

    • CBS language test within an interview (via Skype)
    • Provide evidence of a six month stay abroad in an English speaking country
    • Prove parts of studies in English (examination of individual case)

    Funding

    CBS scholarship

    The CBS scholarship is offered to international and EU students who attend our university as we believe in the potential of young people and want to support them in shaping their future.

    • Amount: Up to 25% on tuition fees
    • Requirements: There are 2 different types of scholarships that have different eligibility requirements
    • Best Performer scholarship: based on your high school GPA
    • Social Engagement scholarship: based on your social commitment e.g. voluntary work

    CBS International Business School Scholarship

    CBS also offers a scholarship for international students (Bachelor, Master, MBA) who intend to study at CBS International Business School in Germany.

    • Amount: one time €3,000 scholarship of the total tuition fee (€1,500 for MBA FastTrack)
    • Requirements: A separate application for this scholarship is not required, the eligibility will automatically be checked during the application process, provided that all required documents have been submitted.
