What the University of North Alabama says about their program:
"Learn to create innovative learning experiences with technologies that transform education with an online master's in instructional design and technology. You will be equipped for myriad career opportunities in education--including adult learning in corporate training settings. The skills and knowledge provided within this master's in instructional design program are in high demand in K-12 and higher education, corporate settings, the military, nonprofits, and government agencies. Beyond the classroom, a Master of Science in Instructional Technology and Design (MSITD) degree empowers problem solvers to bring unique value to organizations through the ability to convey solutions grounded in instructional design theories. You will create educational programs designed to improve learning, productivity, and job performance by applying foundational instructional design principles. UNA’s flexible master’s in instructional design and technology online program consists of two tracks: Instructional Design for Teaching, Learning and Leading; and Workplace Design and Performance Improvement. Both tracks prepare you to design, develop, and evaluate educational experiences and training products and content."
