Undergraduate Academic Requirements

  • Successful completion of High School (secondary school).

English proficiency

  • IELTS: 6.5 overall (minimum of 6.0 in each skill band)
  • TOEFL iBT: 80 overall (minimum 20 in each skill band)
  • Duolingo: 110
  • CAEL: 60 overall (minimum 50 in each skill band)
  • Cambridge English Exams: Complete C1 Advanced with a score of C
  • Canadian Language Benchmark Placement Test (CLB): Minimum 7 in each skill band
  • PTE: 58

Funding

International Academic Excellence Award

The award is for eligible international students enrolled full-time in the Post-Baccalaureate Diploma Disaster Management (PBDDM) program who have worked hard to achieve academic excellence.

  • Amount

    One award of $1,000 available annually

  • Requirements

  • Be an International Student
  • Be enrolled full-time in the Post-Baccalaureate Diploma Disaster Management (PBDDM)
  • Have completed at least 3 courses that are part of the program of study
  • Must be in good academic standing with a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher
  • Provide an essay to support your application - What life experiences have shaped who you are today and what challenges have you overcome in achieving your education (i.e. financial, personal, medical, community etc.)

Fee information

  • Post Baccalaureate Diploma tuition: from $17,087 to $17,332 per year
  • Law Enforcement Studies Diploma tuition: $16,000 per year
  • Bachelor of Law Enforcement Studies tuition: $19,000 per year
