What St. Norbert College says about their program:
"Whether you love designing websites, building database queries or teaching yourself a new type of computer language, you’ll feel right at home in St. Norbert College’s computer science department. At SNC, you’ll use computer science to examine complex problems and find solutions through the use of artificial intelligence, software design and computer graphics.
Our computer science students don’t just learn how to implement a piece of code, they can explain the logic behind it. Our rigorous liberal arts core curriculum supports you with a strong foundation in creative thinking, logic and problem-solving — which perfectly complements the algorithmic thinking needed in this area of study.
Computer science is a rapidly growing field that has a profound impact on our daily lives. Your coursework at SNC will also help you develop an awareness of the cultural, social, legal and ethical challenges the industry could face in the future.
You’ll tailor our Bachelor of Science program to your interests by choosing a concentration in computer science, business information systems or graphic design and implementation systems. Some students also pursue a secondary teacher certification in computer science."
