"CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction develops your knowledge to the level where you can learn how to plan and supervise construction sites, prepare costs and administer the contract and manage residential construction sites, using current building codes and standards, understand the legal requirements to Class1 to 10 to a maximum of two-story and Class 2 to 9 Type C constructions, overseeing work and liaising with clients from start to finish"
