"The Bachelor of Accident Forensics is a unique course designed to equip you with the skills to conduct and analyse accident investigations based on knowledge and techniques relevant to road, rail, air and industrial environments.
The course has been developed in consultation with Australia's leading accident investigation professionals and organisations, and government authorities that inform public safety strategies, allowing you to develop up-to-date industry skills.
Your education and training will focus on a variety of areas including accident phenomenology, investigation methods, forensic engineering, accident analysis and occupational health and safety. In addition you will develop skills to prevent the recurrence of accidents.
The unique course allows you to carry out practical investigation exercises in a new, state-of-the-art crash laboratory at CQUniversity Bundaberg. You will also benefit from taking part in work placement with practising accident investigators, ensuring you graduate work ready."

To apply for entry to CQUniversity programs, you must satisfy academic requirements and English language requirements. This ensures that you have the skills and knowledge to do well in the course.
IELTS 6 (no score below 5.5) / TOEFL 75 (no score below 17) / PTE 54. Health courses and engineering may have a higher requirement.
Students from the US, New Zealand, South Africa, UK, and Canada do not need English requirements.
If students do not meet the English criteria they can study English on campus. For every .5 of a required level missing, they will need 10 weeks of English.
Successful completion of Australian year 10 or equivalent.
Successful completion of Australian Year 12 or equivalent; or completion of AQF Certificate IV or equivalent.
For a bachelor's
Successful completion of the equivalent of Australian Year 12. An approved university foundation studies or formal Australian Certificate IV can also be taken to meet this entry requirement.
If you have successfully completed a certificate, diploma or advanced diploma (or equivalent) you may gain advanced standing into your CQUniversity program.
Completion of a bachelor's degree with the equivalent to an Australian pass grade average in the final two terms, from a recognized higher education institution.
