    The Annual Platform Fee covers access to the University Application Workspace, setup, onboarding, training, ongoing product updates and support.

  • What is a Student Fee?

    The Annual Student Fee reflects the number of students included in your plan. Independent Counselor includes up to 50 students, Independent Counselor Plus includes up to 100 students, and International School Counselor is priced per Year 12 and Year 13 student.

  • Are there any setup fees?

    No.

  • Can additional students be added during the year?

    Yes. International schools can add students during the current academic year without additional charges for that year. Independent counselors should contact Studee if they need to exceed their plan's included student limit.

  • Does the platform fee include onboarding and training?

    Yes.

  • Is support automated?

    No. You will speak with a qualified professional over WhatsApp or email.
