Foundation program This is an English course with groups from beginner to advanced level. Non-EU students must have a high school diploma to be able to attend. Students take IBS’s own ONLINE English Language Placement Test before starting the program.

Postgraduate academic requirements

Master programs

  • Strategic International Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, IT for Business Data Analytics

    First- or second-class Bachelor's degree in any field of study.

  • Strategic Finance, Strategic Marketing

    Relevant first- or second-class Bachelor's degree or a first or second class Bachelor's degree in any field plus documented relevant work experience of at least 1 year.

  • MBA in Data-Driven Management

    Bachelor's degree in any field of study, transcript with at least one module in mathematics or finance, CV, work reference of 3-5 years, motivation letter

Starter Scholarship

Vienna Master's Scholarship

Dr Frances Robinson Scholarship

  • Amount

    75% discount on the total tuition fee of the Master's program and is available to one new student admitted to an IBS Master's program each intake.

    Students must have an outstanding undergraduate degree and submit a 1-page English-language cover letter

Budapest Master's and MBA scholarship

  • Amount

    10-35% discount from the first payment of the tuition (can be the first semester or the overall program fee) for applicants for the Master's and MBA program

PhD Scholarship Graduate Teaching Assistants

    From 20% to 80% grant. The grant is deducted from the GTA’s initial tuition fee payment as a tuition fee discount.

  • Requirements

    The IBS PhD Scholarship is for those enrolled PhD students who teach on regular modules at IBS. GTAs normally act as seminar tutors at the BSc level after the successful completion of their first annual review exam – but there may be exceptions to this general rule based on academic and/or industry expertise.
