Majoring in Secondary Education at CSP involves studying the methods and practices of teaching. Students develop skills to become middle or high school teachers, with eligibility to apply for Minnesota teaching licenses in grades 5-12 (mathematics) or grades 9-12 (life science or chemistry), upon completion of the program and state requirements.
Submit official transcripts of the highest degree awarded. Minimum equivalent of high school degree required. Transcripts/credentials are required prior to being admitted to an undergraduate program.
Applicants should request an official transcript stating the awarding of a bachelor’s degree or higher and GPA. Official transcripts should include all completed coursework with grades if applicable and the degree awarded. Transcripts that are in a language other than English must be accompanied with English translations.
