This course is designed for non-cognate graduates intending to work in general practice surveying, property management, investment, development and other property related fields. It focuses on the appraisal of commercial property for occupation, development and investment, largely in an urban context. It will develop your property-related skills and knowledge together with an understanding of finance, business management and marketing in the context of the industry.
