Directly accessible after a Bac +2 or Bac +3 diploma, the MBS Grande Ecole Programme is a two- or three-year programme of excellence.

The tailor-made curriculum is taught in French and English. It offers a minimum of 12 months’ professional experience, international immersion and a final year with a double degree, as well as the possibility of a sandwich course from the first year.

Its recognition and close links with the business world guarantee a high level of employability in a wide range of managerial positions in all business sectors in France and abroad.

Montpellier Business School’s Grande Ecole programme leads to a Master’s degree (Bac +5), recognised by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research after evaluation by the Commission d’Evaluation des Formations et Diplômes de Gestion (CEFDG). It is registered in the Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles (RNCP n°36551) by France Compétences.

Undergraduate academic requirements

The International Admission Assessment is open to candidates who have previously studied in a non-French educational institution, regardless of their nationality. Depending on the education level, the student can integrate the Bachelor Programme as follows:

  • Admission in the 1st year is open to holders or likely to hold a high school degree equivalent from a foreign institution to the French baccalaureate, ex

    high school diploma;

  • Admission in the 2nd year is open to holders or likely to hold 60 ECTS credits or a 1 year of higher education from a foreign institution, or another qualification considered as equivalent;
  • 3rd year admission for holders or likely to hold 120 ECTS credits, 2 years of higher education from a foreign institution. In order to be eligible in the third year of the Bachelor International Entrance Exam, applicants must demonstrate that their previous studies after high school included at least one of the core management courses

    Finance, Marketing, Commerce, Human Resources, Communication, Purchasing, Law, Logistics, Accounting.

Postgraduate academic requirements

Master's of Science (MSc) The MSc programs are open to students with three or four years of studies after high school. Candidates having completed at least four progressive academic years after high school and validated 240 ECTS credits or credits deemed equivalent or candidates having completed at least three progressive academic years after high school and validated 180 ECTS credits or equivalent plus three years of professional experience in the chosen specialization. For the MSc in one year program, the academic background in the chosen specialization will be appreciated.

Master in Management (Grande Ecole Programme) The International Admissions is open to international candidates, having completed at least two progressive academic years after high school and obtained 120 ECTS credits or credits deemed equivalent by the MBS Equivalence Commission. The credits must be validated before October 31st of the examination year. It enables them to join the Master in Management (Programme Grande Ecole) graduating with a Master’s degree Baccalaureate + 5 endorsed and recognized by the French State, accredited AACSB and EQUIS.
