The BSc (Hons) Food and Nutrition programme embraces a range of subjects including nutritional sciences, business and consumer marketing and consumer behaviour. The programme is mainly taught by research active academic staff from the Nutrition InnovationCentre for Food and Health (NICHE), a world-renowned centre of excellence for global nutrition research and teaching within the School of Biomedical Sciences.
