Available upon completion of your undergraduate degree, the Consecutive Education program at Trent gives you the certification you need to teach at the elementary or secondary level in Ontario. Applicants whose English language proficiency is below Trent’s accepted scores are invited to apply for gradual admission through the Trent-ESL: English for University Program.
To be exempted from providing proof of English language proficiency you must meet one of the following categories:
You have successfully completed the International Baccalaureate diploma where English was the language of instruction (English Language A not English Language B). You have successfully completed your studies under the British Curriculum

Trent International Prestigious Scholarships and Awards are application-required awards for entering international undergraduate students with strong academics, leadership, community service and some financial need. Awards can fund tuition and mandatory ancillary fees up to the published annual amount.
All international undergraduate students applying to Trent are automatically considered for renewable entrance scholarships based on academic excellence. Awards range from CAD 2,500 to CAD 5,500 annually and are renewable over the undergraduate degree if criteria are met.
