For undergraduate admission, international students need to provide evidence of prior academic qualifications equivalent to UK A-Levels.

Postgraduate academic requirements

Postgraduate applicants must hold a recognized bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field. Specific requirements depend on the chosen course, with some programs requiring a strong academic record in law or business.

    An additional first-year fee reduction on top of the standard International Bursary, aimed at international undergraduate students. Eligibility requires being domiciled in one of the qualifying countries listed in Schedule 2 of the International Bursary Terms and Conditions, holding a confirmed place on a qualifying undergraduate course starting between 1 September 2026 and 31 May 2027, and being an overseas fee payer.

To qualify, applicants must be a non-British national, not hold settled or pre-settled status, and be classed as an overseas fee payer. It applies to undergraduate courses such as the 3-Year LLB, BSc Computer Science, BSc Criminology, BSc Business and BSc Psychology, with the reduction amount varying by course.
