Keyce Business School offers training in the field of international business The Business Unit Manager collaborates on the broad strategic guidelines and steers the implementation of projects in the commercial and marketing, human and financial dimensions. He acts as a linchpin between strategic development and operational management, optimising the management of resources and maintaining the development of the unit. He communicates with all of the company’s departments and establishes an information system. The Business Unit Manager is generally responsible for marketing policy, budget management and oversight. He structures his activities within the framework of the general policy of the company.
