Scholarships at Manchester Metropolitan University
For international self-funded students joining an undergraduate pathway (or degree) through Manchester Metropolitan's International College, starting September 2026 or January 2027. Provides £2,000 per year on the pathway course and £2,000 per year on the main university degree upon successful progression. Applied automatically on application; cannot be combined with other International College financial support.
Open to international undergraduate students from outside the UK who will pay full overseas tuition fees and hold an offer for a full-time, taught undergraduate degree programme. Awards £2,000 for each year of the degree. Eligibility is assessed automatically when applying to study at the University — no separate application is required, and it cannot be combined with other Manchester Met financial support.
Aimed at exceptional self-funding international undergraduate students from eligible regions (Americas, Sub-Saharan Africa, Middle East, North Africa, South Asia, South-East Asia, North-East Asia) with a strong academic record (broadly equivalent to AAB at A level), starting a full-time taught undergraduate degree (3- or 4-year bachelor's, or 4-year integrated master's). Awards 50% of tuition fees in the first year of study. Not open to Manchester School of Architecture undergraduate courses, advanced-standing entrants, or one-year top-up degrees; not payable during a study-abroad/placement year, and cannot be combined with other Manchester Met financial support.
