Student reviews for nutrition in Canada
My major in food and Nutrition includes biology, chemistry and nutrition, and there will be many interesting experiments. Group discussions, topic research and case projects will be set up in the course content. The professors will also consider our workload well when making the course arrangement, and will inform the deadline in advance to give us enough time to complete.
University provides a quality liberal arts education that shapes the whole person and is characterized by the search for knowledge and career preparation. Small class sizes and one-on-one time with faculty members mean every student can thrive.
A useful subject, I really like it. Not very heavy, but it's based on the real life experience, don't need to spend too much time on remembering information.
Foods and Nutrition is a famous program offered at Brescia. My professors are all knowledgeable and are warm-hearted to help us. However, for international students tuition is 5-6 times than for local students, which increased my financial stress.
My program is nutrition and dietetics. If you want to an RD in the future, then you should enroll in this program. This program requires 11 credits for mandatory courses. Well, it sounds so hard and it is difficult but you will definitely find lots of fun and learn so many practical skills through it! All the professor that I had are super nice and friendly, so if you have any questions or concerns, you can ask them and they will feel so happy to help you to solve them.
