If you are an international secondary-school student entering an undergraduate program at the university on a study permit and are currently studying outside of Canada, you can apply for the university's Global Leadership Award (GLA).
The GLA is one of our most prestigious entrance awards. Valued at $72,000 ($18,000 a year X four years), the GLA recognizes international secondary school applicants with strong academic and leadership abilities.
If you have achieved a minimum 3.7 GPA (on a 4.3 scale) during the previous year and you are returning to full-time study, you will be automatically awarded a scholarship and notified through your student email account.
$2,000 - 4.0+ GPA $1,500 - 3.7 - 3.99 GPA These scholarships may be increased to $3,000 and $4,000 through generous contributions from our donors.
Please note: In-course scholarships are available for up to three years of your first undergraduate degree. To be considered, you must have been enrolled in a minimum of 80 percent course load during your previous academic year.
