The Baccalauréat en théologie (Theology) is a Bachelor of Theology offered at Université Laval. It helps students integrate faith into personal and professional life through an in-depth study of scripture and the Christian tradition.

From the start, students explore the Judeo-Christian faith in history and in today's pluralist context, discovering the sources of theological tradition and the foundational texts of faith. The programme also covers the anthropological, historical, ethical, and political dimensions needed to interpret Christian and other religious phenomena.

The programme suits people who are passionate about humanity and the search for meaning, drawn to reflecting on faith and spirituality, and open to difference with strong listening skills. Graduates can work in teaching, social ethics, pastoral ministry, spiritual accompaniment, religious media, or community and spiritual animation.
