Speech-language pathology offers a variety of employment settings, such as hospitals, schools, rehabilitation centers, businesses, and private practice.

Speech-language pathology is a health and education field in which employment is nearly guaranteed. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, employment of speech-language pathologists is projected to grow 29 percent from 2020 to 2030.

Our program prepares highly qualified, capable, ethical professionals who obtain both clinical and academic preparation in speech-language pathology.

  • Amount

    US$6,000 awarded annually and renewable up to four years for qualified freshman students on F1 or J1 visa

  • Requirements

    3.5 GPA or higher on a 4.0 U.S. grading scale, SAT or ACT scores, and proof of English proficiency. Please upload a personal essay and letter of recommendation with your application

President's International Transfer Student Scholarship

  • Amount

    US$6,000 awarded annually and renewable up to three years for qualified transfer students on F1 or J1 visa

  • Requirements

    3.5 transfer GPA or higher, two years of university (up to 60 credits), or an AA degree, and proof of English proficiency. Please upload a personal essay and letter of recommendation with your application

Graduate

Graduate Teaching Assistantship

  • Amount

    GTA positions offer a stipend of US$12,169 per year for teaching two courses each term, with a tuition waiver

  • Requirements

    In their applications, students may request a Graduate Teaching Assistantship (GTA), which comes with a stipend and tuition waiver (which eliminates tuition and non-resident fees); students are responsible for all other required student fees. GTA positions are only offered with Fall admission
