Software Engineering and Management Bachelor's Programme is an undergraduate programme at the University of Gothenburg that combines software development with project and team management. Students learn how to understand customer needs, design technical solutions and manage software projects in realistic contexts.
The programme uses collaborative, problem-based projects and industry-linked activities to develop technical, communication and leadership skills. Topics include team programming, systems development, distributed systems, cyber-physical systems and software engineering for AI systems.

English proficiency is required; accepted tests include IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent.

Apply through the Swedish National Admissions Portal, UniversityAdmissions.se. Submit upper-secondary school documentation, proof of English proficiency equivalent to Swedish English 6/English Level 2, and documentation of mathematics equivalent to Swedish Mathematics 1a, 1b or 1c. (required)
