A £3,000 scholarship (with some awards worth up to 50% of tuition fees) for new international students who are permanent residents of mainland China. Applicants must hold an offer to study at NTU and hold, or be scheduled to complete, an academic qualification meeting the entry requirements for their chosen course. Applied for by ticking the relevant box on NTU's standard international scholarship application form.
A merit-based tuition fee reduction (up to 50% off fees) for high-achieving new international applicants to NTU. Candidates must submit a graded academic transcript to evidence they meet the criteria for the award. It is administered alongside NTU's other international scholarships and is open only to students classed as "overseas" for tuition fee purposes; the specific eligible nationalities/regions can vary by intake, so applicants should confirm current-year criteria on NTU's scholarships page.
Scholarships for international pathway students progressing from Nottingham Trent International College (NTIC) onto eligible STEM or sustainability-related undergraduate degrees at NTU, including a "Women in STEM" strand. Open only to NTIC international progression students; applicants apply via the NTIC/Kaplan pathway website rather than NTU's main scholarship form.
NTU's general international scholarship scheme offers awards ranging from £2,000 up to 50% off tuition fees for new international students starting an eligible undergraduate or postgraduate taught course in January or September 2026. Applicants must have an offer of a place at NTU, be classed as an "overseas student" for tuition fee purposes, and must not be sponsored by an employer, government, or funding body for all or part of their fees. One application form covers consideration for all scholarships and awards a candidate is eligible for.
An automatic award of £1,000 per year of study (excluding any placement year) for international students on NTIC or Kaplan Digital Pathways programmes who achieve an overall grade of 70% or above and progress onto an NTU degree. No separate application is required - the award is applied automatically for qualifying international pathway students.
A tuition fee reduction for the first year of study for new international students who have a sibling currently studying, or who has previously studied, at NTU. Applicants must provide evidence such as birth certificates and both siblings' NTU student ID numbers. Deadlines are 31 August 2026 for September entry and 18 December 2026 for January entry.
