What De Montfort University says about their program:
The Pharmacy program at De Montfort University covers the subject through academic study and practical learning. Pharmacists are essential members of the healthcare team, ensuring the safe, effective, and ethical use of medications. As a pharmacist, students will advise patients and the public on how to use medicines safely, monitor for side effects, and support the management of both acute and long-term health conditions. Accredited by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), our course offers the professional, clinical, and practical skills you need to succeed as a pharmacist. With hands-on experience in our state-of-the-art facilities, including clinical simulation suites and a hospital ward, students will be fully prepared for your Foundation Training Year and a career as a registered pharmacist and independent prescriber.
