The Master of Music in Music Production is designed for individuals with a strong background in music performance, composition and/or production who wish to pursue creative research applications in music. Students receive one-on-one and group instruction in advanced music production techniques, composition, and applied technical skills. MMMP students also enjoy ample studio time dedicated to their productions as well as access to state-of-the-art equipment and facilities.

Office of International Programs Scholarship This scholarship is awarded annually to students who will contribute to the increased diversity for international representation at SFA. Students who receive the OIP Scholarship are eligible for Texas resident tuition rates, which cost approximately $4,500 less per semester.

Student whose native language is not English, who has lived in a country other than the United States for a period of five years or more or a student who has foreign or dual citizenship recognized by the foreign country and not by the United States.

Mexico out-of-state tuition waiver program As a result of the North American Free Trade Agreement, two students from Mexico per 1,000 students enrolled at SFA are eligible to pay in-state tuition and fees (with 12,000 students at SFA, 24 students from Mexico would be entitled to receive this tuition waiver). Students accepted into this financial aid program must sign a financial need statement.
