Hartt's Music Education Division offers you one of the nation's most comprehensive courses of study. Combining the rigors of conservatory training with a solid foundation in music education, the program prepares you for a career as an elementary and secondary school music educator. In addition to general music, choral music, wind and string instrumental pedagogy, music education majors receive training in such methodologies as Kodály, Suzuki, and Orff.

Artistic Merit Scholarships: Fine Arts

    Once you complete your application and provide all academic records, English Testing results and your Art Portfolio you will be considered for partial tuition scholarships that range in value up to full tuition. Students who are receiving full sponsorship from their Government (Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and UAE) are NOT eligible for merit based scholarship. This scholarship is available to Hartford Art School applicants only.
