The Baccalauréat en microbiologie, a Bachelor of Science programme at Université Laval, focuses on the study of life at the microscopic and molecular level. It builds strong foundations in cellular and molecular biology, genetics and biochemistry.

Students gain knowledge of virology and the structure, culture, ecology, genetics and physiology of microorganisms, alongside laboratory working methods.
