This is a hands-on, practical course which will realistically simulate mediation and negotiation scenarios, allowing you to develop the skills required in practice. Utilising the insights of our experienced professional lecturers, you’ll have the chance to gain first-hand advice and support to fully understand the nuances and skills required to achieve favourable outcomes during dispute resolution.

Undergraduate academic requirements

For undergraduate admission, international students need to provide evidence of prior academic qualifications equivalent to UK A-Levels.

Postgraduate academic requirements

Postgraduate applicants must hold a recognized bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field. Specific requirements depend on the chosen course, with some programs requiring a strong academic record in law or business.
