If so, then the MBS program Master Innovation and Entrepreneurship is your first step towards success. Admission requirements

Undergraduate academic requirements

All applicants for the bachelor's program need a school leaving certificate that entitles them to higher education in Bavaria, e.g.:

  • Abitur
  • Fachhochschulreife
  • Matura
  • IB international school leaving certificates

Postgraduate academic requirements

Successful bachelor's degree (180 ECTS or more). Applicants with a degree in Business Studies/Management/Economics are entitled to apply for the MA programs directly, applicants without a degree in economics can qualify for the program by completing the pre master's program.

Master of Business Administration

  • Proof that you have successfully completed a recognized degree in any subject
  • Work experience
  • Evidence of at least two years of pertinent work experience after your first degree
  • Management and leadership potential, excellent interpersonal and communicative skills and a high degree of personal maturity and motivation. You should also be in a position to contribute to the community’s learning process

English proficiency

Undergraduate

  • TOEFL iBT

    minimum 85 (minimum of 22 in writing band, minimum of 20 in all other bands; MBS TOEFL Institution Code - 5772)

  • IELTS

    minimum level of 6.5 – Academic Module

  • ELS English for Academic Purposes

Test results can only be accepted if achieved within the last two years.

MBS BEST Scholarship - Undergraduate

Applications for this scholarship are considered only if the following requirements are met:

  • Average grade of “very good” in school diploma
  • Willingness to commit to MBS (e.g. student initiative, MBS ambassador at trade fairs and events)
  • Voluntary commitments (proof is desirable) The amount goes up to €5,200

MBS Bavarian Scholarship - Undergraduate

Applications for this scholarship are considered only if the following requirements are met:

  • Average grade of “good” in school diploma
  • Willingness to commit to MBS (e.g. student initiative, MBS ambassador at trade fairs and events) The amount goes up to €8,000

MBS Bavarian Scholarship

The prerequisites for this scholarship are:

  • Average grade of “good” in a bachelor diploma

MBS Sports Scholarship

The prerequisites for this scholarship are:

  • Average grade of “good” in a bachelor diploma
  • Willingness to commit to MBS (e.g. student initiative, MBS ambassador at trade fairs and events)
  • Voluntary commitments (e.g. as a coach in a sports club) The amount goes up to €8,000

MBA Scholarship

The prerequisites for this scholarship are:

  • Justification and proof of special achievements during professional life
  • Willingness to get involved at MBS (e.g. Student Initiative, MBS Ambassador at trade fairs or events) The amount goes up to €6,400
