Georgian College’s Health Informatics program will equip you with the skills needed to thrive in the quickly evolving digital health world. You will gain skills and knowledge in the areas of healthcare delivery, information technology, and data analysis. You will explore clinical informatics, health information management, privacy and security, healthcare systems and information technology. Throughout your program you will gain hands-on learning by immersing yourself in case-studies and projects that address the complexities of emerging technologies in our healthcare system. In the second semester you will complete your capstone course by working through an industry project, exposing you to the steps of business analysis and change management in a real-world scenario.
