NEC’s 36-credit Executive Master of Science in Health Informatics is designed to provide students with the technical knowledge and management skills needed to leverage data to increase operational efficiency in the healthcare industry.
In this program, students will learn and apply the foundational concepts and methodologies of health informatics, from database design to compliance requirements to machine learning for decision-making purposes.
Designed for working professionals, this hybrid program exposes students to new and emerging tools and technologies needed for careers in the expanding healthcare and related IT fields.
For international students enrolled in this program, Curricular Practical Training (CPT) will be available for eligible required internships/work placement.

NEC's own international admissions page confirms this applies to international applicants, stating that "New England College offers academic scholarships based on high school GPA as well as merit-based aid through your CSS Profile" for students applying from outside the US, who complete the CSS Profile (rather than the FAFSA) for financial aid consideration.
