The award is divided across the student's first three semesters ($1,667 / $1,667 / $1,666) and applies to tuition only. It is explicitly open to undergraduate and graduate international students on F-1 status; U.S. citizens and permanent residents are not eligible, which confirms this is an international-student-specific award.
