The Master's Degree in Elementary Education with ESOL plus certification is designed for students who already have a bachelor’s degree and are seeking certification to become an elementary education teacher in grades K-6. This program includes a semester of student teaching as well as essential field experiences to prepare students for classroom teaching.
In this innovative program, students will obtain K-6 teaching certification as well as ESOL and reading endorsement on their teaching license. This hybrid program contains flexible schedules to allow coursework to be completed while working. Students may begin the program in January, May, or August and can complete coursework in 24 months (with the addition of their student teaching semester).
