Open to Turkish nationals domiciled in Turkey holding an undergraduate offer from the University of Edinburgh for 2026-2027. Provides £25,000 per year toward tuition fees (up to £100,000 over a full degree), with preference given to first-in-family or first-international-study applicants and those demonstrating financial hardship or educational displacement. One award is made per year.
Awarded to applicants with International/EU fee status entering a full-time undergraduate degree hosted in the School of Mathematics. Provides £5,000 per year as a contribution to living costs, paid annually for the duration of the programme subject to satisfactory academic progress. Selection is purely merit-based, targeting applicants demonstrating the highest levels of academic achievement. Not available to students already on the programme or studying maths through another school.
The 'Backing Invisible Geniuses' (BIG) Program is explicitly "open to students from any country" who have earned a gold, silver or bronze medal in a major international science Olympiad (IMO, IOI, IPhO, RMM, or gold/silver at EGMO), and who are entering a full-time undergraduate programme in the School of Mathematics (e.g. BSc/MMath Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or Mathematics and Statistics).
