  • Bilateral Recognition Scholarship

    Official page

Supports undergraduate students holding a secondary school diploma recognized in Czechia via bilateral agreement, explicitly including German, Hungarian, Polish, Slovak, and Slovenian high school diplomas as well as the European Baccalaureate diploma (in addition to the Czech diploma) -- meaning non-Czech international undergraduates with one of these qualifications are explicitly eligible. Recipients receive either 66,000 CZK total (11,000 CZK per semester) toward the first 90 US credit hours over up to three years, or a free fifth semester valued at up to 109,200 CZK. Transfer students are not eligible.

  • First-Year Honors Scholarship

    Official page

Awarded to outstanding undergraduate students entering their first year at AAU, based on prior academic achievement and English-language proficiency. Eligibility is assessed via GPA/Maturita score or via international qualifications explicitly listed as acceptable pathways -- A-Level (AAB or ABB), IB Diploma (34 or 32 points), SAT, ACT, TOEFL iBT, IELTS, C1 Advanced, or LanguageCert -- so international (non-Czech) first-year undergraduates are explicitly eligible. Covers 50% or 30% off tuition depending on the threshold met. Transfer students are not eligible.
