The BA Film Studies is a three-year degree, extendable to four with an optional placement or study abroad year. You’ll explore cinema from around the world while developing the critical, creative and practical skills to understand how films are made, interpreted and experienced. Combining the study of film history, theory and culture with opportunities to engage in filmmaking, screenwriting and festival programming, you'll graduate with the knowledge and confidence to pursue careers across the creative industries and beyond.
