Physician Assistant Studies

  • Prerequisite coursework
  • A bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited university or college is required. Applicants with degrees from any discipline are welcome to apply to the program as long as the prerequisite coursework is completed prior to matriculation
  • The program requires an overall GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale and a cumulative GPA 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale in prerequisite coursework. Overall and science GPAs of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale are required
  • Physician Assistant Shadowing Experience. All applicants to the program must complete 40 hours of shadowing an NCCPA-certified physician assistant prior to application to the program. The applicant is responsible for the arrangement of the shadowing experience. Documentation verifying the shadowing experience must be submitted
  • GRE is required

Doctor of Physical Therapy

  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited four-year college or university
  • Overall GPA of 3.2 or better

    Visual and Performing Arts scholarships are available to students who demonstrate exceptional talent in art, media, music, or theatre. Campus Visit Award

  • Requirements

    First-year and transfer undergraduate students who are admitted to Mount Union in Fall 2024 or later who schedule and attend an on-campus or online visit through the Office of Admission will be eligible for an award.

Cheer and Dance Scholarship

  • Requirements

    The Cheer and Dance Scholarship is awarded to full-time undergraduate students who are a part of the cheerleading squad, dance team, or mascot (maximum of eight semesters).

Esports Scholarship

  • Amount

    US$150 to US$1,000 award

  • Requirements

    Awarded to full-time undergraduate students who are recruited for our esports varsity level teams (maximum of eight semesters). Full-time undergraduate students who are selected for the team during open try outs will receive an award that ranges from $150 to $1,000 based on the skill level and number of participants (maximum of eight semesters). All students awarded an Esports Scholarship will be required to maintain a 2.5 cumulative GPA and maintain good academic standing.
