Choose our co-op stream offered at the Peterborough campus and graduate with 12 months of paid work experience as you complete three full-time work terms throughout the four-year program, working in fields such as arts and culture, community heritage, museums and archives, environmental planning, conservation, and community development, to name a few

Applicants whose English language proficiency is below Trent’s accepted scores are invited to apply for gradual admission through the Trent-ESL: English for University Program.
To be exempted from providing proof of English language proficiency you must meet one of the following categories:
You have successfully completed the International Baccalaureate diploma where English was the language of instruction (English Language A not English Language B). You have successfully completed your studies under the British Curriculum
Minimum 'C' grade in O-Level English or completion of AS/A Level subjects taught in English.
You have studied at least 3 years full-time in a high school/secondary school where the medium of instruction is entirely English and you have not taken any ESL courses during this period. You are required to provide an official letter from your school indicating the language of instruction is English if it is not clearly indicated on your transcript or school profile.

Trent International Renewable Entrance Scholarships
From CAD $1,500 to $4,000 per academic year (up to CAD $16,000 over 4 years)
Automatic consideration for all international undergraduate applicants with a final high school average of 80% or higher (Canadian equivalent). Must meet Trent’s admission and English language requirements, be studying on a study permit, and be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program. Not available for postgraduate certificates or graduate-level students.
Renewable annually if eligibility criteria are met. Scholarship continues as an In-course Scholarship from the second year onwards (application required through myTrent portal).
Renewable Prestigious Scholarships and Awards
Up to CAD $40,000 per year (up to CAD $160,000 over 4 years)
For international undergraduate students who demonstrate exceptional academic achievement, leadership, community service, and financial need. Must meet Trent admission and English requirements and be studying on a study permit. Not available for postgraduate certificates or graduate-level students.
Required, one application qualifies for all prestigious scholarships.
