Program overview

What the University of Dayton says about their program:

Contrary to Popular Belief, Accounting Isn't All Numbers

Sure, they play a large part, but our approach involves preparing, analyzing, and communicating relevant information — not simply numbers — to decision-makers. You'll understand the value behind equations, using critical thinking to ascertain their meaning. Upon graduation, you'll be an asset to corporations and organizations, helping their effectiveness and efficiency.

To meet the growing demands of the accounting field, our program encompasses a wide range of curricular and extracurricular components, emphasizing the demands of a complex professional environment. The curriculum focuses on integrating technology, globalization, and ethics, preparing you for success in our global economy.
