GlobaL Leaders’ Scholarship MIU offers a limited number of scholarships towards programs delivered ONLINE in English, to provide educational opportunities to national and international candidates who have established themselves as leaders or important figures in a certain field which may include academics, science, film, sports, politics, etc. Amount: Up to one hundred percent (100%) of the cost of tuition

European, African, Asian, Latin America & Middle Eastern Undergraduate & Graduate Scholarship For applicants who have successfully graduated from a recognized institution (secondary or higher education) in Europe, Africa, Asia, Latin America, or the Middle East and wish to continue their studies ONLINE at MIU City University Miami. Amount: Between 10% and 50% of the cost of tuition Requirements:

  • Students must provide an original or certified sealed copy of their transcript, sent by the institution
  • The transcript should be accompanied by an official credential evaluation, completed and submitted to the University by a recognized evaluation service
  • Students must also send the scholarship application form in which they must indicate the scholarship they are applying for and their chosen program of study

MESCyT and MIU Scholarship for Students from the Dominican Republic A full scholarship for the official accredited Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership, Management and New Technologies ONLINE program at MIU City University Miami to support outstanding students from the Dominican Republic who wish to develop professionally with a higher university degree Amount: 100% of tuition and fees Requirements:

  • Be Dominican, with permanent residence in the Dominican Republic or Dominican or child of a Dominican residing abroad
  • Graduated from higher education with a minimum academic index of 80 on a scale of zero to 100 or three (3) on a scale of zero to four (4)

OAS Scholarships Amount: 60% of the total cost of tuition Requirements: All interested students with nationality and/or legal permanent residence in any of the 35 independent countries of the Americas that are OAS Member States. To receive a scholarship, you must first complete the admission process for one of the MIU City University Miami programs eligible for the scholarship.

Since we study in a small university, the spots they provide us are not the same as a big campus, As pool, gym, green spaces, theater... but they have the accurate spaces with technological devices that are useful for our learning, modern classes and library. Regarding social life, we definitely interact with people worldwide, because we are an international university so we can come with dialogues with different perspectives of thinking. Students are encouraged of their country, so they really like sharing personal experiences and in this way we learn what real life business are made of.

    Mar­coni In­ter­na­tional Uni­ver­sity offers equal opportunities to international and domestic students to study fully online or fully on campus. The MIU cam­pus is lo­cated in the fi­nan­cial and com­mer­cial dis­trict of Miami, the city’s fastest-growing dis­trict.

    In order to study at the Miami Campus, international students will require an F1 student visa. The MIU administration office will help with the process of obtaining the visa, allowing you to live and study in Miami for the duration of the course.

    The online program also offers the same quality degrees in a more affordable and convenient format: less cost, less travel, and more possibilities. Our in­no­v­a­tive and flex­i­ble on­line learn­ing sys­tem, “In­ter­ac­tive On­line Learn­ing”, responds to the needs of stu­dents who would like to rec­on­cile study with professional and personal com­mit­ments.

    The uni­ver­sity occupies an area of 7,210 square feet and includes 4 classrooms with a capacity of 30 students each, a library available to students, a cafeteria, a reception area, and administrative offices. The Department of Student Services is available to any student for assistance related to daily-life tips and suggestions. The University can provide assistance for the search of housing/accommodation and airport shuttle services on request. Many international students want to remain in the United States after completing their degree at MIU, seeking job opportunities in their related fields of study.
