London Met partners with the UK government's Chevening scheme to welcome applications from international (non-EU) students considering a full-time master's programme in the UK. Award terms (typically covering tuition fees and living/accommodation costs) are set by Chevening centrally rather than fixed by London Met. Eligibility follows Chevening's global criteria: citizenship of a Chevening-eligible country or territory, an undergraduate degree that qualifies for a UK master's, at least two years' (2,800 hours) work experience since graduating, demonstrated leadership and influencing skills, a realistic career plan, and a commitment to return to the home country for at least two years after the scholarship ends. Applicants apply via the official Chevening portal and must list three eligible UK university courses, one of which can be a London Met programme.
Automatic tuition fee reduction for new EU-national students with international (overseas) fee-paying status starting a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate degree in January 2026, September 2026 or January 2027. Brings fees down to match home-student rates; discount value varies by school and level (up to £12,465/year for undergraduate; £1,900–£10,250 for postgraduate).
