Adler (Van) has a beautiful campus. However, it is downtown which means there isn't much for going outside. It is also fairly small campus which means there aren't many extracurricular activities - these will have to be found off campus. The school however does make an effort to keep us connected with the outside world and holding events to promote that social life. There isn't enough financial supports for students. Could focus more on Indegienous groups.

Adler University is a social justice university that aims to incorporate critical race theory ideas into its institution - this is what I hate the most about Adler University. Certain individuals at Adler University do not feel comfortable airing their views e.g. white individuals, male students, christians, conservatives etc; this is because social justice principles are based on the idea that some individuals are the oppressor while others are the oppressed. I'm a black christian conservative female student & I hate the ambience at Adler University. It just feels like everyone is walking on eggshells and everyone is trying so hard not to offend others. The university environment (i.e. the atmosphere ) is terrible. Adler University has a Black student Association. I decided not to be a part of this association because the association is based on the premise that black individuals are only allowed to think in a particular way. Any opposition to that form of thinking is often seen as internalizing racism. Just as is in the wider western society, the definition of racism has been bastardized. Adler University provides the student with necessary facilities and information to navigate one's stay at the university - the tuition at Adler University is extremely expensive; therefore I do not think the provided facilities are a big deal. Adler University is located in a city with a very good transport system. There is barely any social life on Adler campus - everyone is extremely professional with each other even during activities meant to be fun or engaging, for fear of offending the woke Adlerian University students and staff members. Finally, pretending to care about social justice ideas is a requirement to graduate at the university - further silencing students like who have a difference of opinions.
