College athletes, known as Scots, compete in Division III of the NCAA. Alma fields 25 men's and women's teams in sports like basketball, soccer, tennis, and cross country.

Tartan Scholarship

Dean’s Scholarship

  • Amount: US$30,000 per year

Trustee Scholarship

  • Amount: US$31,000 per year

Presidential Scholarship

Performance Scholarships

  • Amount: US$1,500 per year
  • Requirements: Available to talented students in art & design, dance, e-sports, music (both vocal and instrumental), theatre and Scottish Arts.

Distinguished Awards

  • Amount: US$2,000 per year
  • Requirements: Available to talented students in art & design, dance, e-sports, music (both vocal and instrumental), theatre and Scottish Arts. Students demonstrating exemplary performance in any of these areas may be eligible. All funds are awarded at the discretion of the fine and performing arts faculty, and the students’ intended major or minor is not a consideration.
